Are P. Cubensis Liquid Cultures legal to buy online?
Many states allow the purchasing of magic mushroom spores for research, educational, or collecting purposes. Some states have more strict regulations, though, so it’s important to check the law in your state before buying spores online.
At this time, Georgia and Idaho are the only states that have laws banning the sale and possession of both spores and liquid cultures.

Oregon, and most recently Colorado, are the only states where growing P. Cubensis and other plant psychedelics for personal use is legal as of now. This may change soon, keep checking back!
If your state does not have positive laws regarding mushrooms and other natural medicines, get in touch with your local legislators and demand change. It’s not going to happen on its own.
